The AIST Group is committed to providing the students with highly qualified faculty. The center for teaching and learning creates a platforms for the staff to continually develop essential skill required for adult teaching. Our faculty, are provided with opportunities to further their studies through workshops and faculty development programs.

AIST faculty, are a mix of industry and academic. They are actively involved in publishing books, journal and papers, both national and internationally. This experience is then brought back to the institution and shared with the students. Our faculty holds leadership position in various organizations and professional bodies thus bring competency, skills, and concepts needed to keep students career to a fast track.

AIST students have demonstrated high academic and other capabilities, this can be the reward of our carefully and rigorous selection process undertaken to select the student for the program. Then the selected student are called for personal interview .The qualifying students are then given invitation after satisfactory performance. They are diverse in terms of race, gender, culture and nationality that gives the diversity required to create a multicultural learning environment that makes learning enjoyable.
