The story of SSP began on 29th August 1977. At the time of inception SSP started manufacturing S.S.Pipes & fittings for dairy industry & then started manufacturing dairy equipments like S.S. tanks, silos, ghee boiler, butter churner etc. However SSP got an opportunity to expand the existing evaporators & spray dryers in 1980.
In the year 1982, the first production Unit of SSP PVT LIMITED was established . Since then, SSP successfully expanded the existing evaporator & Dryer capacity in more than 40 plants including Amul Dairy at Anand. During this period SSP developed indigenous falling film evaporators & spray dryers for dairy Industry.In the year 1987, R & D centre was established & it got recognized by DSIR (Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India) & started designing new Evaporators & Dryers with better energy efficiency rate.
Thus Evaporator & Spray Dryer became the core competency of SSP, supported by the relentless work of our R & D personnel to improve the existing system .
