| sir,
i purchased 1 honda activa,on 3/2/12/ from authorised dealer m/s lms automobiles at port blair andamans, receipt no being 74,booking no 95,model code scv110b,frame no me4jc448bc7213339,engine no -jc44e5212809dealer code 10001.
from day one self start did not work.after a fortnight i took it to authorised dealer.he said all is fine he advised me to run daily 10 km and only then engine would get heated up and self would work. like a fool i did that also, no result.then dealer asked me to leave scooter which i did for 5 days result same .no better,.now i am fed up. people watch me on road seeing strugling to start by kick and it does not oblige all the time.i sweat out. one good thing i lost 5 kg in 3 months.48000/-for a scooter tredmil.
pl for god sake verify facts from dealer and direct him to replace with new fully functional piece since it is in warranty.
staff are courteous but in efficient incompetent
i expect response in reasonable time,and redressal as demanded.
