In continuation to fulfill customer needs the company is also involved into manufacturing of thermowells and mechanical components and accessories along with other products .We are Equipped with a new efficient deep drill machine and plasma CNC Machine, we produce high reliability, all types of thermowells .

Tempsens provide a variety of high temperature insulation material like FEP, PFA and silicon in extrusion form. These insulating material provide great inertness with various chemicals, oil or grease, and having excellent insulation resistance and make cables light weight and miniaturized. Extra high temperature insulating material like varnished glass fiber, Silica, mica, Kapton and asbestos in braiding or taping form generally used for heat protection. Standard insulations of PVC is also available.

The KILNSCAN infrared line scanner is used for rotary kiln shell temperature monitoring. This system enables to prevent risks of hot spot formation on the shell, to early detect refractory brick fall, to determine coating thickness and to evaluate the kiln thermal warp amplitude.

It is the only private sector company in the country with accredited Fixed Point Temperature calibration Laboratory . The lab has highly stable calibration furnaces, measuring instruments and accurate master sensors traceable to National and international Standards.
