| I used to be a customer of muthoot fincorp from last few years first the association was with Thalayolaparambu branch and till yesterday with Vasai (Thane Maharashtra)branch.I am ordinary customer But still the attitude off your staff in vasai branch towards the customer is very bad their attitude make me feel that I am their for their mercy. That is not right I am also working for a company in customer relation so i felt bad
Because in kerala they were very good with customer and here it is very poor and it will affect your business. Any way i will not walk in to your brach in vasai anymore and and anyone known to me too. I know that it is not going to affect you but the arrogance your staff have is too much............
