| I have the worst experience with this ISP. They don't commit to the timelines they have given while they are selling the product. I have subscribed for the 3 months home plan for 1800 rupees. They have promised to provide me the connection the very next day (I went for that connection only on that condition since I had some very urgent requirement and I require it ASAP). I called the person several times and there was no response. I have escalated the same to the support team as well. Thought of escalating this to the higher level executive G.Rajani Reddy(Director), since have faced this problem, but could not do that because it effects their jobs. But I can tell you this is my first experience with this company and I really feel, this is the company with the worst values or I can say this is the company with no values at all and they don't commit to the commitment they give while they sell the product. I suggest everyone not to go for this ISP.
