| Pathetic service!!!!
I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT TO GET MY STUFF…..!!!!
I booked central cargo movers and packers for shifting my household goods from Mumbai to Lucknow.(Consignment Number 1312/26.09.2012).
Mr Sombir (9324428532) came to my house for survey and Quoted Rs 22,000/- + 3000/-(for insurance worth 1,00,000).
I was told I can make payment by cheque OR cash and in parts as convenient.
However on 26th September 2012 after packing and loading all goods he demanded 5000/- cash and rest by cheque.
After some argument I paid 17,000/- by cheque and 4000/- by cash.
Rest 4000/- was supposed to be paid AFTER delivery of goods.
I also filled up an insurance form and I WAS TOLD I WILL GET INSURANCE CERTIFICATE IN LUCKNOW ALONGWITH GOODS.
I was told that Consignment will reach by 1st october 2012 i.e. within 5 days.
On 1st October they told me it will take another 3-4 days
I was directed to Mr Ravi 9320072633 and Mr Rahul 9323376233, who told me that it |
