The dangerous Indian opener Virender Sehwag needs just 20 runs to become the fifth Indian player to complete 8000 runs or more in Tests. Currently he has scored 7980 runs at an average of 52.15 in 92 Tests with 22 blistering centuries. Sachin Tendulkar (15,183), Rahul Dravid (13,094), Sunil Gavaskar (10,122) and VVS Laxman (8626) are the leading Indian run-scorers.
