| Greatwide Logistics Services | | Greatwide is dedicated to developing long-term relationships with customers, employees, and capacity partners. The true measure of our success is the growth and tenure of our target relationships. Greatwide was established to provide comprehensive carriage and logistics services through the successful merging of a number of best-in-class carriers and other companies. Greatwide Logistics Services later shifted its focus to dedicated contract carriage. From 2000 to 2008, the company acquired a number of significant players in the industry. In 2006, the Greatwide brand was launched, encompassing all the brands and services acquired to date. The company announced a financial restructuring in late 2008, and was purchased by a new investor group, including Centerbridge Partners and The D.E. Shaw Group in February 2009. | | Visit Website | | Office Address | 12404 Park Central Dr., Ste. 300S
