The company, which also manages properties for third parties, oversees approximately 35,000 apartment homes and more than 60 apartment communities with some 17,000 units. The company targets "affluent renters-by-choice" through its focus on luxury properties in upscale, high-growth urban areas, rather than outlying suburban complexes.
