Its flagship facility, the not-for-profit Washington County Hospital, has some 350 beds and offers acute, tertiary, and long-term care, including inpatient behavioral health services, cardiac care, obstetrics, cancer treatment, rehabilitation, and trauma care. WCHS also operates the for-profit Antietam Health Services, a provider of outpatient health care, including diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and ambulatory surgery.
