| Audiotech Healthcare Corporation |  | Audiotech's predecessor companies were founded in the 1980's to provide hearing care and related services to individuals in several B.C. communities. In 1997, management recognized the emergence of a tremendous opportunity to become an aggressive growth corporation of the highly fragmented hearing healthcare industry in North America. A dynamic management team with more than 75 years of direct industry experience was assembled and Audiotech's predecessor companies were merged with a junior capital pool company on the Alberta Stock Exchange (now part of the TSX-V) to gain access to public funding for expansion.
