Optelecom-NKF offers interferometric fiber optic gyro coils;
optical devices; and precision wound coils for applications
in optical fiber dispensers used in remote vehicle control
systems to precision optical fiber coils for communications
systems. Optelecom-NKF sells its products through direct
sales, commercial integrators, and resellers in the United
States and internationally. Optelecom-NKF, Inc. was formerly
known as Optelecom, Inc. and changed its name to Optelecom-
NKF, Inc. in April 2005 as a result of acquisition of NKF
