| Pro-Fac Cooperative, Inc. | | Our mission is to be the acknowledged leader in supplying the food processing industry with superior quality, efficiently and safely produced fruit, vegetable and other agricultural products from the growers of our Cooperative. Pro-Fac Cooperative grows big and strong on fruits and veggies. The farm co-op provides marketing and sales services to its approximately 500 member/owners across the US. The agricultural co-op sells its member-farmers' crops to companies in the food processing industry, including Birds Eye Foods (typically buys more than 40% of crops). Pro-Fac has members primarily in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington. It was formerly a partial owner of Birds Eye, which was sold to Blackstone entity Pinnacle Foods in 2009. Since the sale, Pro-Fac has implemented a liquidation plan and looks to disband in 2012. | | Visit Website | | Office Address | 590 Willow Brook Office Park,
