This combination provides the maxingvest Group with a stable portfolio, which is managed and developed in line with a longterm strategy. As a management holding, maxingvest guides its subsidiaries on the strategic level. With the Corporate Treasury, Corporate Controlling, Legal, Internal Audit and Tax departments, it assumes the central management functions for the Group as defined by good corporate governance. In addition, it deals with all matters relating to the strategic further development of the Group portfolio in close cooperation with the Group's operating sub-groups.
