For example, we recently completed a $45 million Condensate Splitter Project in which E&O's ran 0.6% of total installed cost (TIC). Our projects typically run less than 1% errors and omissions - three times better than the industry standard. The projects we perform are completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
Today, all of our offices utilize the same procedures based on the ISO 9001 certified procedures. Every major project is audited to ensure compliance with those procedures and with the customer's contract terms and conditions. We hold monthly project review meetings and have recently implemented boot camps for all of our project managers.
