| Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. |  | Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. provides terminalling, storage, processing, gathering, and transportation services for companies engaged in the production, distribution, and marketing of crude oil and liquid asphalt cement in the United States. Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. owns and operates 46 asphalt cement terminals with approximately 7.4 million barrels of asphalt product and residual fuel oil storage capacity that enable its customers to manage their asphalt product storage, processing, and marketing activities; and crude oil terminalling and storage facilities with approximately 8.7 million barrels of storage capacity. Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. also owns and operates two pipeline systems, the Mid-Continent system located in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle, and the Longview system in east Texas, which consists of approximately 1,150 miles of pipelines that gather crude oil for its customers. In addition, Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. operates approximately 200 owned or leased tanker trucks. Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. was formerly known as SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. and changed its name to Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. in December 2009.
